Some performace tunning and optimiztion in v. 1.3. --------
A plain text to HTML converter and highlighter (formerly
q3dump2html). Makes extensive use of user classes and actions. Uses
a home-grown HTML generation class and includes a profile manager
(with a MRU list). Configuration is stored in an Ini file.
You will need the Hyperstring unit and the RX library to compile it.
Executable and help file are included (~300 Kb. compressed with upx 1.01).
